Benifits
Anti-inflammatory action
Antioxidant effect
Prevents atherosclerosis via several mechanisms:
Prevents the oxidation of LDL cholesterol
Inhibits platelet aggregation and clot formation
Inhibits specific cell adhesion molecules which are needed for atherosclerotic plaque buildup
Inhibits smooth muscle cell proliferation which contributes to atherosclerosis
Prevents cancer cell maturation and proliferation, and triggers apoptosis, or programmed
cell death, in cancer cells
Reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s disease by preventing plaque formation
Increases sensitivity to insulin, and so prevents diabetes mellitus
Protects against harmful effects of obesity and aging
Increased the lifespan significantly in a dose-dependent manner in yeasts, fish and flies, as well as
other lower species by activating the Sir2 gene
In low doses, produced significant gene alterations in mice, similar to the heart-healthy effects
of caloric restriction (or dieting), resulting in less obesity and delayed aging changes
Resveratrol is a phytoestrogen, which means it is a plant compound with estrogenic activity.
It has a broadly similar structure to diethylstilbestrol (DES) which is a synthetic estrogen
agonist. However, it has been shown to have both estrogenic and anti-estrogenic activity,
depending on the type of estrogen receptor, the presence of endogenous estrogens and the cell
type.
In breast cells, in the absence of the natural estrogen 17β-estradiol, it can act as an estrogen
agonist.
However, in the presence of estradiol it acts as an estrogen antagonist.
Mechanism
Resveratrol suppresses the agglutinate production and the cholesterolemia and triglyceride in the
blood . slowed aging, It can prevent low density fat albumen from oxidize, have potential
prevention and cure cardiovascular disease, gives protection against cancer, antivirus and immune
regulating action, its function is shown as its anti-oxidant
By restraining activation of NF2κB signal’s rotating. Restraining combining and release of lower
reaches series of harmful living things active material.and restrain MAPK’ activity and
proliferation of cells, cell withers to die, the blood platelet gathers and organizes factor (TF)
expressing,to promote a blood vessel to diastole and move the bast type nitric oxide up agreeing
well with the enzyme (eNOS), restraint lipid peroxidation, restraint blood vessel proliferation of
cells.
Safety
It measures security of resveratrol by the extent of damaging by leucocyte release lactic acid
dehydrogenation enzyme to cell. we findthat its LD50 is weight 1000mg of each kilogram. The
size of resveratrol between 5*10-7 with 103M cause lactic acid dehydrogenation of enzyme
to release lower than 7%. Making the resveratrol has very high securities.
Dosage
The typical dose is 10-16mg per day
